Steven H. Olsen, president

Steven H. Olsen is a retired public school teaching teaching choral music for over 30 years from the elementary classroom to the college campus. Most of his teaching was at the high school level and he has traveled extensively over his career. Choir tours in college, international tours in graduate school, show choirs, domestic and international travel with school and church groups have given him a solid frame of reference that translates into the first hand experience that makes him a valuable asset to any group planning a trip.

He formed Shotime Productions LLC  (based on his initials – S H O) because of a lack of insight and understanding of successful travel he had experienced with some other companies. Expensive costs for cheap seats did not make groups happy so the idea was born to create awesome trips with excellent seats for the best price possible. His contacts and drive to pursue the best in travel experiences have proven that he understands and wants all his travelers to be excited with an excellent experience and then, ready to go again.

Steve recently retired from Garden City High School where his students had opportunity of travel to NYC annually with other trips and toured a European country every other year. His wife is a high school choral director and with the band and orchestra teacher, have all had successful trips in the past 5 years.

As a church musician, he has served in churches for over 40  years. Literally hundreds of folks from multiple states have traveled with him and continue to say – Ready to go again! Schools and churches and community groups and civic organizations should all look forward to traveling with Shotime.
